From Customers/Visitors:

  • Enquiry information: Name, contact details, and message content when submitting enquiries
  • Waitlist information: Email address and business type preference if joining our pre-launch waitlist

When you create a status page, your business name, service type, area served, availability status, custom messages, and any contact details you add will be publicly visible on the internet. Only add contact information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

  • Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days
  • Enquiries: Retained for 12 months, then anonymised or deleted
  • Waitlist emails: Retained until launch, then converted or deleted
  • Legal/financial records: Retained as required by law (typically 6 years)
